Audi West Covina, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Fleet Sales Manager to join our team.
Job Summary:
As the Fleet Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of fleet and commercial vehicle sales, specializing in high-volume transactions with corporate clients, government agencies, and leasing companies. Your role will focus on building and maintaining strong client relationships, driving sales targets, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our luxury vehicles to fleet accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to grow fleet sales, managing network of brokers and ensuring compliance.
- Collaborate with the new vehicle department to provide accurate monthly fleet forecasts and ensure timely delivery of vehicles.
- Oversee the entire fleet purchase process, including contract preparation, vehicle specifications, and payment processing.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of luxury vehicle features, industry trends, and competitive offerings to effectively communicate value to clients.
- Utilize CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to track sales progress, manage customer interactions, and report weekly sales activities.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and upholding the dealership’s reputation for excellence.
- Comply with federal, state, and local regulations affecting fleet and commercial vehicle sales.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and sales blitzes to represent the dealership and network with potential clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in commercial or fleet sales, preferably within the automotive or luxury vehicle industry.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Analytical skills to optimize pricing, calculate commissions, and interpret business documents.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
- High energy, self-motivated, and a passion for delivering luxury customer experiences.
